Ordering Policies & Guidelines
To ensure a smooth, secure, and efficient experience for every customer, please review the following essential policies before placing your order. These standards allow us to maintain the consistent, reliable service our community expects.
Payment Policy
We accept Cryptocurrency exclusively as our method of payment. For your convenience, we provide clear tutorials to simplify the process.
Shipping & Delivery
- Please allow up to ten days for delivery before contacting us regarding an order you have not received.
- With our updated systems, most packages are now shipped via First Class Mail.
- We do not proactively provide tracking numbers.
- If a package has not arrived after two weeks, we will investigate the tracking on your behalf.
- Orders containing items from multiple shippers will be sent in separate packages, which may arrive on different days. To receive a single package, please select all items from the same shipper.
Samples & Substitutions
- Gram samples are reserved for first-time customers only.
- While we strive to fulfill orders exactly as placed, occasional stock shortages may require a substitution. Our shippers will select the closest available equivalent.
- To guide substitutions, you may note a preference (e.g., “sativa only” or a specific strain) in your order comments.
- If you do not wish to have substitutions, please state this in the comment section of the order form and include a cryptocurrency wallet to get a refund if needed.
Splitting Your Order
For flower orders over ½ ounce, you may split your order into up to two strains.
- Purchase the total weight of your primary strain and specify your second choice in the order comments.
- Both strains must be from the same shipper and of comparable value.
- Splitting between different price tiers is not permitted.
Order Integrity & Support
- We carefully monitor all orders and transactions. Attempts to manipulate or defraud our system will result in a permanent ban.
- In the rare event a package is lost in transit, we will verify tracking and either reship your order or issue a refund.
- If tracking confirms delivery to the provided address, we cannot assume responsibility, and no reshipment or refund will be issued.
