  • Non-Delivery: If your package has not arrived within two weeks of payment, contact us. We will investigate the tracking. If non-delivery is due to an error on our part or a verified postal issue, we will either reship your order with a bonus or issue a full refund.
  • Confirmed Delivery: If USPS tracking confirms delivery to the provided address, we cannot issue a refund or reshipment, as we have no control over the package after delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is completely accurate.
